Jeremy is the sole designer across 5 enterprise FinTech SAAS products for FIA Tech in NYC. As he thinks about the evolution of this data heavy product suite, he is always looking for ways to make these experiences act and feel more human and less like a database, including surfacing insights or action steps versus making users sift through mountains of data.
In his 10 years in UX he’s designed a few conversational experiences at agencies such as Big Spaceship and IPG Medialabs for clients like Google – including 2 conversational apps meant to be shipped on the 2nd Generation Google Glass (RIP).
